What is WHIZAI?
WHIZAI is the intelligence layer that runs across WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP. It processes over one million operational events daily — automating order processing, procurement, inventory optimisation, invoice handling, shipment exception management and demand forecasting. It is not a standalone product you bolt on; it is the AI that operates the platform you already use.
Is WHIZAI a chatbot or an agent system?
WHIZAI is an embedded intelligence layer, not a chatbot. Its job is to operate workflows — pre-file customs documents, flag BL variances before they happen, route exceptions to the right operator, forecast demand per trade lane and suggest re-routings. It works inside the workflow, not on top of it.
Do I need WHIZAI to run WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine or WHIZERP?
No. WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP run perfectly without WHIZAI — they are complete operational platforms in their own right. WHIZAI is an add-on that takes the same workflows and operates large parts of them autonomously, surfacing exceptions instead of every event.
How does WHIZAI handle exceptions?
Most logistics software shows you events; WHIZAI predicts which events are exceptions. A BL variance, a missing customs document, a vessel ETA shift, a SKU running short of safety stock — these are detected, scored and routed to the right operator before they cascade. The operator sees a queue of decisions, not a queue of events.
What about data privacy and where the AI runs?
WHIZAI runs alongside your WHIZTEC deployment. Customer data does not leave the deployment boundary for inference. Where third-party LLMs are used, they operate over de-identified embeddings or are deployed in private endpoints. Enterprise customers can opt out of cross-tenant model training entirely.
Can WHIZAI integrate with non-WHIZTEC systems?
Yes, with caveats. WHIZAI was designed against the WHIZCargo/WHIZMarine/WHIZERP data model — that is where its value compounds. It can ingest external feeds (carrier APIs, customs data, FX rates, weather, port schedules) and produce decisions. For non-WHIZTEC ERPs we typically deploy WHIZAI alongside WHIZCargo as the operational platform, with the legacy ERP staying as the finance system of record.
