Which products does WHIZTEC offer?
WHIZTEC has four products: WHIZCargo (25 modules for freight forwarding, NVOCC, liner agency, ground handling and more), WHIZMarine (20 modules for ship management, shipyard, marine survey, ship agency), WHIZERP (21 modules for trading & distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce logistics) and WHIZAI (intelligence layer running order processing, procurement, inventory, invoice and forecasting workflows).
Does WHIZTEC integrate with SAP and other ERPs?
Yes. WHIZTEC connects through SAP IDoc, OAGIS BOD, UN/EDIFACT, ANSI X12, REST APIs, webhooks, CSV/XLSX and FTP/SFTP. We also support maritime and customs EDI standards including CUSCAR/CUSDEC, COPRAR, COARRI and BAPLIE.

Where is WHIZTEC based?
WHIZTEC was founded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2000 — Dubai remains our global headquarters. We operate multiple engineering & development centers in India — driving product engineering, AI research and platform delivery — and onsite implementation & support centers across multiple geographical locations to handle local rollouts, training and ongoing operations for enterprise customers. The platform is in production across 23 countries today.
How does WHIZAI work with the rest of the platform?
WHIZAI is an intelligence layer that runs across WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP. It processes over one million operational events daily — automating order processing, procurement, inventory optimisation, invoice handling, shipment exception management and demand forecasting. No separate integration is required; it reads from the same data model.
Is WHIZTEC suitable for ground handling agents and aviation cargo?
Yes. WHIZCargo includes a dedicated GHA module covering airline cargo acceptance, ULD management, weight & balance, dangerous goods handling, ground handling billing and the Valuable Cargo Handling System (VCHS).
