Business Development Executives


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and contact potential customers in the shipping/logistics/supply chain/maritime industry
  • Develop and strategize marketing plans and initiatives to increase sales and achieve sales targets
  • Deliver correct product information and ensure the customer understand the product and services
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and make online presentations and product demonstrations for customers or potential customers
  • Identify and document new service and product needs of customer in order to feedback to our Development team
  • Build a good business relationship with existing and future customers
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least degree or above
  • Work experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping/Logistics/Maritime industry would be an added advantage
  • Strong background in ERP/Accounting Software Sales / Marketing
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Candidate must possess right working attitude and positive thinking. Should be self motivated, creative and highly articulate

ERP/Supply Chain Business Analysts


Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer interaction to provide effective software solutions and satisfy business requirements
  • Facilitate and organize meetings with functional users and business managers to gather and document functional requirements
  • Perform analysis and design activities to translate business objectives into systems requirements
  • Intercede or translate facts between the business management and the developers of information technology fields
  • Suggest and support business process enhancements
  • Create user documentation for software solutions
  • Coordinate system signoff, UAT and meet all other change management requirements
  • Provide advanced user support and training (Train the Trainer, End User)
  • Be the first point of contact for functional and technical related issues
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least degree or above
  • A quick learner, detail oriented, a logical process/systems thinker, a problem solver, a team player, clear communicator, and an advocate of positive change
  • Solid background in ERP/Supply Chain concepts and principles, accepted business practices, problem analysis, and software tools
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business System and/or Project Analyst with ERP/Supply Chain applications
  • Clear understanding of business process and models including best practices and end-to-end workflows across all operational areas, with experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Proven skills in business analysis, quality assurance and managing multiple and diverse system enhancement projects at a time, from conception to delivery
  • Creative, self-starting, results-oriented and highly motivated individual with proven analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and experience to independently resolve complex business and technical problems
  • Thorough knowledge of business analysis, change management and project management, with the ability to identify/define gaps, risks and requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills for collaborating with various lines of business
  • Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to solve problem and make timely decisions

Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Cochin
Overview: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves driving brand visibility, managing performance marketing initiatives, and supporting lead-generation goals.
